Member Services Manager
- Permanent part time role
- Peak industry body
We’re recruiting a Member Services Manager to grow our membership and increase engagement. This is a part time offsite role that offers flexibility for the right applicant. Reporting to the CEO, the Member Services Manager provides support to IoTAA’s Executive Council, Workstream Chairs and members.
You will design and administer new member programs, ensure our database is up-to-date and fit-for-purpose, manage relevant reporting and collaborate with and support our stakeholders. Click on this link to Download the PD, Selection Criteria and application process.
Consistent with IoTAA’s strategic focus and operating plan, the Member Services Manager will evaluate and manage IoTAA’s existing service offering. Developing and implementing our member services plan to expand membership, retain existing members and increase satisfaction are key aspects of this critical role.
Please review the PD, Selection Criteria and application process. If you fit the bill and believe you can take this role to the next level, send us your application. Not all candidates will tick all the boxes and that’s OK. If you meet 80 per cent of the criteria, we want to hear from you.
We’ll be holding two rounds of interviews. Successful candidates will be advised by Tuesday 14 June.
IoTAA is an inclusive and welcoming environment and if you belong to a traditionally underrepresented group, we encourage you to apply. If you feel comfortable doing so, let us know which pronouns you use in your application.
Unfortunately, IoTAA will not be able to sponsor applicants for work visas.
